We use Zumba to take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 While many of the dances and music featured in Zumba is Latin inspired, classes also incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo and music including everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
